The Moderate Walking Group set off from East End Reserve up the Te Henui Walkway this morning and everyone enjoyed a peaceful wander through the old cemetery. There were multiple attempts at identifying trees and flowering plants, often with the help of technology! Sorry no botanical photos to share with this post, but there was an abundance of flowering cherry trees, roses, shrubs, herbs and perennials all in bloom.
